Thanks to those of you who took the time to review the kit information e-mail earlier this week and subsequently completed the Zoomerang survey regarding your individual ordering intentions. TGC has crunched the numbers and been in contact with the folks at Voler, if you plan on ordering a kit this year please follow the steps as detailed below.

!!! IMPORTANT — ORDERING TIMELINE AND CLUB MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES !!!

1 – ordering window opens on 02/03/12

2 – review the materials listed below in this e-mail — kit pricing, mock-up preview, Voler sizing chart, Voler models of tri top and tri shorts

3 – visit the TGC team link at the Voler store: http://www.voler.com/custom/ordering/li/2207

4 – select which items (size and amount) you would like to order — “ADD ITEMS TO THIS ORDER” (lime green button) — special note to select “SYNCH TRI PAD” for the short option upon adding them to your bag

5 – create an account with Voler

6 – remit payment via credit card directly to Voler

7 – ordering window will close 02/27/12, NO orders will be accepted after this date and a second order WILL NOT occur this season

8 – Voler will ship the items to TGC headquarters during the week of April 20th, 2012

9 – Once TGC has received the bulk kit shipment club members will be notified of the distribution/pick-up process

PRICING

2012 TGC kit is as follows:
- TGC tri top — $53
- TGC tri shorts — $62

For a total of $115 a member can purchase a complete 2012 kit! The quality of these kits is much improved compared to previous TGC kits, the fabric is a significant upgrade, the pockets on the back of the tri top are vastly enhanced, and Voler’s products are 100% manufactured in the U.S.A.: http://www.voler.com/
